We use ClassForKids as our secure booking and class management system. ClassForKids processes registrations, bookings and payments on behalf of MK DANCE.

When you register through ClassForKids, MK DANCE receives access to the information you provide in order to manage your child's enrolment.

Parent or Carer Information

  • Telephone number
  • Emergency contact details

Child Information

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Class enrolments
  • Attendance records
  • Medical conditions relevant to participation
  • Allergies
  • Additional support needs
  • Emergency contact information

Payment information is processed securely through ClassForKids. MK DANCE does not receive or store your full payment card details.


3. How We Use Your Information

The information provided through ClassForKids is used by MK DANCE to:

  • Register your child for classes.
  • Manage bookings and attendance.
  • Communicate important information regarding classes, performances and events.
  • Contact parents or carers in the event of an emergency.
  • Provide a safe environment for all dancers.
  • Meet our safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Organise performances, competitions and holiday clubs.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We will only use your information where it is necessary to provide our services or where required by law.


4. How Your Information Is Stored

MK DANCE uses ClassForKids as its secure class management system.

Personal information is stored securely within the ClassForKids platform and is only accessible to authorised members of MK DANCE who require access to carry out their duties.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.


5. Sharing Your Information

MK DANCE will never sell your personal information.

Information will only be shared where necessary, including:

  • ClassForKids, to provide our booking and class management services.
  • Emergency medical services where required.
  • Police, social care or safeguarding agencies where required by law.
  • Government or regulatory bodies where legally required.

Only the minimum amount of information necessary will be shared.


6. Photography and Video

Photography and video are managed separately under the MK DANCE Photography & Video Consent Policy.

Where consent has been provided, photographs and videos may be used for:

  • The MK DANCE website.
  • Official MK DANCE social media accounts.
  • Printed promotional material.
  • Posters, banners and displays.
  • Advertising and marketing.

Parents and carers may withdraw photography consent at any time by contacting MK DANCE in writing.

Please note that images already printed or published before consent is withdrawn may not be able to be removed.
